Good people. Not any pressure. They will however lay the charges for extras if you aren’t watching real close. Good clean vehicles. Fast service if you don’t haggle. All that said I think it’s worth the trip there to get what you want. Top notch dealership for good clean used vehicles for sure.

I took my car to Dan Cummins, Georgetown, for its yearly power train check. I arrived a half hour early, but Michelle checked me in with a smile! This is a free check & they check out the entire car. Everything looked great. I drive from Union. It’s a little farther, but so worth it. The buying experience, the price & the continued service is terrific. New & used vehicles! Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. Wait area was very nice & wait time was minimal.
Long story short.
I was traveling with my camper and stayed in Nashville for a week. My truck broke down and took a week to fix. Left Nashville and went to Georgetown. Truck broke down again, same problem. Not shifting, reduced power. Brought it to Dan Cummings and they scanned it right away before the codes went away. I worked with a guy named Bill, he helped me out and was honest about everything. He called to see about getting me a rental truck to pull my camper back to Michigan.

Bought a used truck from Ian Travis. He was great to work with, patient, and very clear about everything. While purchasing a vehicle can be stressful, Ian made the experience fun. More importantly, he made sure that we found what we needed. For such a giant company, Ian made it feel personal. Dealer needs to refine and improve the procedures that would allow the salesperson to be more efficient and better able to manage their time. Improving the process would move the customer thru the system of buying a vehicle much quicker. JB did an outstanding job even with the roadblocks that exist under the current system..couldn’t ask for a better sales agents than JB and Deondre!!
Wonderful customer service. No problems and the whole process felt less stressful than any other time we purchased a vehicle.
Wasted half a day because of low ball offers on my trade in due to appraiser saying my vehicle had issues that it did not have. And when I say low ball offer I mean $10k below rough trade in. Hard telling how many other people they have taken advantage of using the same tactics. The vehicle I was purchasing was in good shape and priced right so I bought it out right instead.
