Had a good day, transaction was smooth, no haggling, felt like I received a fair deal and was extremely satisfied with the vehicle of choice. Everyone involved was very friendly and courteous.

The sales lady Lilly was awesome

Went to Paris first and salesman was very rude and pushy. So we left went to George Town and bought two cars. Salesman there as well as sales mgr and fiancé officer were very nice. Helpful and friendly. You need more people at Paris like them.

I went in for an oil change on 9/10 that I had scheduled. When I arrived, they told me I had scheduled it in Paris. He said he had time to do the oil change, but not the 15000 inspection and everything else. Fine, we did the oil change and scheduled to come back for the rest of the appointment. No biggie. He also said there was a recall on my vehicle so they would take care of that while I was there. I dropped off my vehicle on 10/7 for an 8am appointment on 10/8. That afternoon I called around 4 pm and was told that it would not be ready for pickup. Michelle was very unempathetic and unapologetic, telling me basically that the cars in front of me weren’t done so mine wouldn’t be. I only have 1 vehicle and was expecting to have it back that day. I had to miss a day of work because I did not have a backup plan in play. The next day I go to pick it up, and was charged $96. I looked at my receipt, and the one from 9/10, I was charged for an oil change BOTH TIMES! I was not supposed to get an oil change this last appointment. I called and spoke with Earl, told him the situation. He was very apologetic and offered me a free oil change voucher for my next visit. My buying experience at this location was excellent. The service department is a whole different story. After I use my “free” oil change, I will not return here. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to Paris.

Gage Burkhart helped me and was extremely helpful throughout the process. He listened to my concerns and focused on what I needed, and took the entire day to see it through. He even went as far as diving with me to pick up a van I was selling. Other salesman should take notes from Gage.

Bill did a great job of communicating with me and handling my account. I was a disappointed that I had to end up paying around $780 on parts for my transmission and then I had to bring it right back and you all ended up replacing the transmission under warranty. I felt like had it been diagnosed properly the first time I wouldn’t have been out $780. I’m happy with how Bill handled my situation and getting me in a loaner vehicle while my truck was there for the transmission replacement.

I unexpectedly needed a new car and was very disappointed with that to say the least. Samuel Coffey was thrown into the storm and handled it with grace and patience-something I really needed. He had no idea that I’m also in the thick of losing my father, so needing a new car may not seem that big of a deal, but to me, it was just another blow. I spent a total 10 hours at the dealership and never once did I feel I was inconveniencing him. He encouraged me to keep a positive attitude and got me into a safe, reliable car. His kindness and enthusiasm went so much further than he knows.

There was wobbling noise from the passenger back tire. The technician found a screw in the tire and concluded it was the cause. I explained to the technician that tire rotation was done a month ago, and that noise was happening even before tire rotation from the same tire. I asked them to dive deep, but they didn’t. The technician recommended replacing the tire to get rid of the noise. New tire was replaced, but I still have the same noise😇

Well I drove three hours each way for my 15,000 mile inspection on a Saturday. According to the information, the oil would be changed if needed and any mechanical issues would be addressed. They took the vehicle back and did the “inspection”. When it was returned, the oil had not been changed. (It had roughly 600 miles and 27 percent oil life left). Needless to say I was a little upset because I was worried if it went over it would void my warranty and I know how difficult it is to get a last minute service scheduled with a Chevy dealership. Luckily I found a dealership in West Virginia that had a Monday morning appointment as soon as they opened. When they performed the service they noticed my wheels were out of alignment. Somehow this was missed on Saturday. When I called and asked how this was missed Saturday I was told that it was only a visual inspection and nothing actually gets checked. Six hours, hundreds of miles ,plus waiting time, just to look at my truck? I guess the experience wasn’t that bad considering we purchased another vehicle there last night.

In and out 45 min. Oil change and multi point lnspection

I had my service on 1/12/26 with powertrain inspection and oil change. On 1/23/26 my car did not start. I am a nurse and this is my only safe vehicle to drive in winter weather. I got a jump from AAA and advanced auto parts said I have a bad battery. I don’t understand how this wasn’t caught on the inspection. I have had a great experience with Dan Cummins since I bought my car in 2020. This experience has been very disappointing due to not receiving the service I thought I paid for.

Kaleb Mattox was the one who helped with the deal and he was very transparent, honest person. I was glad to do business with Dan Cummins as I felt safe within the deal that the dealer was aiming to building long term trust, not just a one time sell.

Brought my own fuel filter and asked to have it used. After service was done I was given a bill for $89 for fuel filter installation. When I got into my truck there set the filter I asked them to use. When I went to discuss with customer experience team was told they do not install customers parts. If I had been told that up front it would be a better rating. But to just change parts and not allow me to choose if I want a new part is ridiculous. Last time I will have service done there

Earl in the service department was outstanding across the board, from scheduling to getting the truck ready. My only issue is I don't think the bedliner was installed properly. I could be mistaken, but the passenger side closet to the cab doesn't look like its snapped in all the way. But I am very pleased with the quality over all.

I appreciate when the vehicle I was buying was noticed to have a dent in it, how the dealership was able to fix the issue. I ended up buying a different color with the same trim but the lengths they were going to was appreciated

A service appointment was requested in December to remedy a recall. Their first available appointment wasn't until March. The vehicle was delivered to the dealership at 9:30am, and after waiting almost three months to get the issue resolved, service was still not completed the same day. When dropping off the vehicle, we were initially told service wouldn't "take that long" and "should be completed today". I had been checking the status on the website and texting with the service representative throughout the day. Schedules and appointments had to be rearranged since the vehicle was at the dealership longer than expected. Then I received a phone call at 4:45pm advising the service wasn't able to be completed that day, and was offered a rental car, but had to send over requested documents. We then had to return to the dealership before the end of business day to pick up a rental car. After all of the hassle, service was completed the next morning and we were able to return the rental that evening and pick up our vehicle.

Everyone and I mean everyone was professional and made sure we had everything we needed.

(1) My vehicle was checked in at 7:12am and wasn’t ready until 2:45pm. It was only in for oil change, tire rotation & multi-point inspection. Nearly 8 hours for that seems very excessive. (2) There was no communication/update through the link. (3) It says an inspection was completed on my vehicle, however NOTHING was marked on the paperwork. (4) Inspection - I asked for the inspection to be completed because I’m getting an error in the vehicle. That wasn’t mentioned at all! There was no notation or phone call about hope to fix the issue. (tire sensor issue)

All work does be as scheduled.

He was able to get the trade in value where I needed it which helped me put the cost of my car in the range I also needed it to be. Great experience overall .

We arrived early for our appointment, and just so happened to catch the assigned tech on a lunch break! Oh well, poor timing on our part! However on his return , our annual "inspection" was performed & we were able to depart much earlier than originally expected. YEAH!

Streamlined sales process. Buying and selling cars is not rocket science, but many dealers like to complicate things. This was the easiest process that I have been through in a while, and I usually purchase about 1 vehicle per year, maybe more.

You did my oil change and rotated my tires and gave me an estimate on fixing my antenna which was broken during the ice storm. In my opinion the oil change and tire rotation is way to much and what you are wanting to charge me for labor to fix my antenna is highway robbery. Two hours labor at $447 so that comes to $223.50/hr. for my new car I bought from you which I feel should be covered under my warranty.

Annual service maintenance visit 2years after purchasing my Trax from Dan Cummins, they are always super friendly & professional. They explain everything they did and what is due next. It took less time than anticipated for the oil change, tire rotation and full top to bottom inspection. Waiting area was pleasant & comfortable. I’m still a very happy Dan Cummins customer!

Took 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation

I live out of state, GPS brought me in back gate, and I was in parking lot maze hell!!!!! Finally just turned my car off and walked to the service center. Michelle was very nice and was able to get my car to the service bay. While getting the car serviced, , I randomly picked a salesman to ask why I could not use my phone’s internet in my car. (The original purchase of this Enclave was less than good.) The salesman did say he was new, but he would try to help. He communicated with “managers” at back of store to get advice. I told him I would find him when car was done with service. I pulled the car around to front of store and found the salesman who said he had a potential customer on a drive, but would help until they came back. He was unable to help in the time frame. He left abruptly. I really can not fault him. I once again got out of my vehicle and found a saleswomen who had come over during the original exchange with new salesman. She came to the car and worked with car and phone to get Apple play to work. While doing this, I realized the tire maintenance light was on in the car. I was able to ask about the distance cruise control and saleswomen gave me some pointers (still could not get it to work on way home). I take my car back around to the service department and speak with Michelle about the tire light. She gets a technician to come over to help. He says they have been having this problem with vehicles and leaves for a few minutes. He comes back with a tool that relearns the tires. Finally back on road for the 3 hour drive. Yes, trying to keep dealership warranty on the car. Stopped to pick up some bourbon and realize that a technician must have looked at my cabin filter behind the glovebox, because glovebox is tight on one side, but not shutting on the other side. So now, I’ll have to try to get the glovebox to close correctly. Let’s see what my next 15k checkup brings.

I have had great service until this last service request. I had no communication from service department when I finally requested to speak with service manager. He made no apologies, "your representative is on vacation this week". I had to call again before I found my car was ready two days earlier. No follow call from them.
