It was a very good appointment! There was a noticeable difference in how I was treated upon stepping out of my car verses last visit. Someone greeted me and was friendly. My service advisor made sure I was taken care of. Nice waiting area while your car was being serviced. My car was completed in a timely manner. Glad I chose Dan Cummins for my service!

Blakey did an amazing job getting the deal we needed to get me into my car.

This was my first service for my ‘25 Tahoe. It included the first complimentary oil change and tire rotation. The purpose of the scheduled service was to also attach loose body molding around the passenger front headlight that was not properly attached upon delivery to the dealership. The clips were actually absent and had never been installed. Service Representative Michelle was very pleasant and attentive, as were all the service personnel I encountered.

Everything was good except I was charged for a tire rotation when I bought the tires at Dan Cummins. I mentioned this at check in, but forgot to follow up when paying the bill.

Everyone was kind and eager to make this happen. Kudos to Jesse Hutchinson for her help.

The service department at Dan Cummins Chevrolet in Georgetown KY is where you want to have your vehicle service. When I have mine done there, it is done right the first time and always on time when promise. All the employees are very professional and polite. Eric my service advisor and also Ronnie the service manager kept me updated on the progress of the work on my truck. This dealership is also a great place to buy your next vehicle.

Amy was awesome and patient with us while trying to decide what to get. The estimate on my vehicle for a trade in was super low. I anticipated some being knocked off the total for hail damage but not over $4,000. The breaks were replaced in the spring but the person that took it for a drive said there was something wrong with the breaks. There was only one person working in finance the day we were there so we had to wait a bit. There were some vehicles that we looked at that weren’t clean yet and some that were on the lot but not been serviced or processed for sale yet. Overall we were very happy and satisfied.

I got my oil changed and tires rotated, they completed it quicker than any other place I've ever been to before. The employees were very nice and made the process smooth.

Bill did a great job of communicating with me and handling my account. I was a disappointed that I had to end up paying around $780 on parts for my transmission and then I had to bring it right back and you all ended up replacing the transmission under warranty. I felt like had it been diagnosed properly the first time I wouldn’t have been out $780. I’m happy with how Bill handled my situation and getting me in a loaner vehicle while my truck was there for the transmission replacement.

I went in for an oil change on 9/10 that I had scheduled. When I arrived, they told me I had scheduled it in Paris. He said he had time to do the oil change, but not the 15000 inspection and everything else. Fine, we did the oil change and scheduled to come back for the rest of the appointment. No biggie. He also said there was a recall on my vehicle so they would take care of that while I was there. I dropped off my vehicle on 10/7 for an 8am appointment on 10/8. That afternoon I called around 4 pm and was told that it would not be ready for pickup. Michelle was very unempathetic and unapologetic, telling me basically that the cars in front of me weren’t done so mine wouldn’t be. I only have 1 vehicle and was expecting to have it back that day. I had to miss a day of work because I did not have a backup plan in play. The next day I go to pick it up, and was charged $96. I looked at my receipt, and the one from 9/10, I was charged for an oil change BOTH TIMES! I was not supposed to get an oil change this last appointment. I called and spoke with Earl, told him the situation. He was very apologetic and offered me a free oil change voucher for my next visit. My buying experience at this location was excellent. The service department is a whole different story. After I use my “free” oil change, I will not return here. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to Paris.

Gage Burkhart helped me and was extremely helpful throughout the process. He listened to my concerns and focused on what I needed, and took the entire day to see it through. He even went as far as diving with me to pick up a van I was selling. Other salesman should take notes from Gage.

Really helpful, very kind and quick

Well I drove three hours each way for my 15,000 mile inspection on a Saturday. According to the information, the oil would be changed if needed and any mechanical issues would be addressed. They took the vehicle back and did the “inspection”. When it was returned, the oil had not been changed. (It had roughly 600 miles and 27 percent oil life left). Needless to say I was a little upset because I was worried if it went over it would void my warranty and I know how difficult it is to get a last minute service scheduled with a Chevy dealership. Luckily I found a dealership in West Virginia that had a Monday morning appointment as soon as they opened. When they performed the service they noticed my wheels were out of alignment. Somehow this was missed on Saturday. When I called and asked how this was missed Saturday I was told that it was only a visual inspection and nothing actually gets checked. Six hours, hundreds of miles ,plus waiting time, just to look at my truck? I guess the experience wasn’t that bad considering we purchased another vehicle there last night.

Service was completed in am hour. Waiting room was comfy with free snacks.

I unexpectedly needed a new car and was very disappointed with that to say the least. Samuel Coffey was thrown into the storm and handled it with grace and patience-something I really needed. He had no idea that I’m also in the thick of losing my father, so needing a new car may not seem that big of a deal, but to me, it was just another blow. I spent a total 10 hours at the dealership and never once did I feel I was inconveniencing him. He encouraged me to keep a positive attitude and got me into a safe, reliable car. His kindness and enthusiasm went so much further than he knows.

Great service and staff

There was wobbling noise from the passenger back tire. The technician found a screw in the tire and concluded it was the cause. I explained to the technician that tire rotation was done a month ago, and that noise was happening even before tire rotation from the same tire. I asked them to dive deep, but they didn’t. The technician recommended replacing the tire to get rid of the noise. New tire was replaced, but I still have the same noise😇

Everyone and I mean everyone was professional and made sure we had everything we needed.

(1) My vehicle was checked in at 7:12am and wasn’t ready until 2:45pm. It was only in for oil change, tire rotation & multi-point inspection. Nearly 8 hours for that seems very excessive. (2) There was no communication/update through the link. (3) It says an inspection was completed on my vehicle, however NOTHING was marked on the paperwork. (4) Inspection - I asked for the inspection to be completed because I’m getting an error in the vehicle. That wasn’t mentioned at all! There was no notation or phone call about hope to fix the issue. (tire sensor issue)

Got the oil changed, completed in about an hour.

Second time I have gotten a vehicle from here the experience was pleasant. The salesman Blakey was professional and great. Overall A+. Will be getting another truck from here when it’s time again.
